Founder and Managing Director of Tetyana Achilleos LLC.  A dynamic result-orientated professional with a practical and commercial mindset. Shines through conveying complex legal concepts into understandable terms, advising and guiding clients from diverse backgrounds and industry sectors, both domestically and internationally, to plan and achieve their desired commercial and strategic goals. 

Tetyana has graduated from the East Ukrainian National University, obtaining the Diploma of Bachelor in Economics & Law, whereby she attained a solid understanding of the applications of the principles of law and economics in the corporate and commercial environment. 

Before founding Tetyana Achilleos LLC,  Tetyana has worked for various reputable firms where she gained extensive and uniquely diverse experience spanning from litigious work to counselling clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, undertaking the negotiation and drafting all types of corporate and commercial contracts, whilst also advising clients on all aspects of immigration law and the registration of intellectual property rights both in Cyprus and internationally.   

She then founded Tetyana Achilleos LLC, a corporate law firm where she acts as the lead Advocate and Managing Director.

Her main practice areas include company liquidations, mergers & acquisitions, trust formations both local and foreign, representation and counselling of local and foreign clients in commercial contracts involving corporate restructuring, shareholder agreements, commercial transactions, escrow agreements, asset and share acquisitions. Additionally, Tetyana offers expert advice on the enforcement and protection of intellectual property rights and immigration law, including but not limited to the acquisition of temporary and permanent residence permits in Cyprus. 

She is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and speaks Greek, English, Russian and Ukrainian.
