Advocate and Senior Corporate Lawyer of our firm, Ioanna is a resourceful problem solver who is always invested in understanding our clients individual and business objectives and the key issues they face, which in turn enables her to develop and implement effective solutions.   

Ioanna has graduated from the University of Surrey where she obtained her Bachelor in Laws whilst she later on continued her studies at the University of Nottingham where she obtained her Masters Degree in International Commercial Law.

Throughout the years Ioanna has attained extensive experience working for well-respected law firms where she advised and assisted clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including but not limited to company incorporation both in Cyprus and abroad, handling legal transactions and closings, drafting legal opinions, drafting court applications pursuant to the provisions of the domestic Companies Law and Regulations, undertook the establishment and administration of trusts, registration of trademarks and also handled company liquidations as well as mergers and acquisitions both on local level and cross-border level.

Her main practice areas in our firm include drafting complex corporate and commercial contracts for Cypriot and international clients as well as mergers & acquisitions, protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, trust formations, representation and counselling of local and foreign clients in and transactions relating to asset and share acquisitions, shareholders’ agreements, assignment agreements, loan agreements and employment agreements.

She is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and speaks Greek and English.
