Anna has graduated from University of Cyprus in 2022 where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in law. In 2023 she was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association.

She has got an experience in Cyprus companies formation, drafting of corporate documents as well as immigration matters.

Anna is passionate about corporate law and eager to contribute to the success of a dynamic legal team. She has a strong research and analytical skills, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards and providing exceptional legal support. Her main practice areas in our firm include registration of companies in Cyprus and abroad, drafting corporate and commercial contracts for Cypriot and international clients as well as protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, representation and counselling of local and foreign clients in transactions relating to asset and share acquisitions, share purchase agreements, assignment agreements, loan agreements, employment agreements and etc.

She speaks Greek and English.
