Anna has obtained a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cyprus.

Senior Corporate Administrator of our team, Anna is a highly methodical administrative professional with exceptional attention to detail. Prior to joining out team Anna had experience as a Corporate Administrator over 15 years, worked extensively in the corporate services industry gaining significant experience on business performance models and advanced interpersonal skills.

Her main practice areas in our company is the provision of assistance and guidance to clients in respect to all aspects of corporate procedures including but not limited administrative support on all corporate aspects and operations of their legal entities including preparation of corporate resolutions, Incumbency certificates, HE forms, annual returns and other corporate documents whilst also liaising with local Registrar of companies and foreign registered agents of various jurisdictions with regards to matters related to our clientele needs. Anna also participates in our teams’ corporate administration providing clients with support on the day-to-day operations of their legal entities.

She speaks Greek and English.
